I tried my best to help the buyer fix the simple issue but the buyer refused. As the battery have two sets of wires, 2pcs red wires from Positive and 2pcs black wires from negative terminal of PCM, just exchange, we promised to pay repair cost, but the buyer don't sent it back or accept rework. We have to refund all money to the buyer, but he still left us a bad feedback, the only thing is the buyer don't accept any help just take his money back and keep to use our battery.
