Horrible experience. This seller does not bother to reply to any of my inquiries, not ONE! When the order finally was delivered, the "packets" were very old and the product was dry and not the quality that I was expecting. I reach out to her to say thank you, no response, and when I discovered nope. I inquired about the product and that it was not up to par, no response, once again. .A complete RIP-OFF. I am seeking a full refund, and do NOT recommend this seller under any circumstances
