Had quite a few issues with shipping, but this seller knows to stay on top of their customer service skills. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a response when I had an issue with shipping. I ordered D2S lights, and H11s came in. Things happen, I understand. The seller let me keep the H11s and sent in HIDs, a more powerful bulb than the LEDs I was going to get.
UPS and FedEx let me down on this one, but VLAND pulled through for me. Highly appreciate it!
