The item was described as NEW IN BOX and WITH TAGS, I knew I was getting a dupe but I thought there would be a box and tags. I got the dupe hat in a USPS bag. The picture shown is the real item but the item I got was the fake. It's good for the price but definitely a dupe. The item is probably worth less than I paid, but it's my fault for believing. Shipping was fast! You get what you pay for so I can't blame the seller. I only blame them for the misinformation regarding the box and tags.

(1) Listing stated brand new, but without box. (2) Pictures were taken from actual item that is being sent to buyer, we didn't make a different hat to take pictures. Sold over 380 across all platforms and no issues but happy buyers. (3) Offered you a return for refund but you didn't want to. In conclusion, your blames for the box and tags are invalid.
