Fantastic product
You will not find a better or cheaper trailer plug for your European car anywhere. It works fantastically well and does not allow the car to report on checking the trailers lights if you run LED lights on your trailer. If you have this with the standard lead I would strongly recommend ghat you buy this product and it is a Narva product in the original packaging. Good product - does the job
The Narva 13 pin Euro to 7 pin flat plug was purchased to replace the one that came with our car that met an unfortunate accident after we foolishly forgot to connect it, then drove off and ran over it. We won't make that mistake twice. The Narva replacement actually feels more robust than the one issued by VW, and so far has connected easily to our trailer and bike rack.

Well made, slight incompatability with BMW's
The plug is a good quality unit, but as with most Euro trailer fittings, there is a flickering when the brake lights are deployed. Seems to be a common occurence, especially BMW or Audi tow kits.
