Will not recommend this seller. Item was not described as what photos was sent. Replys when wants too and took time to refund my money in which I had to get eBay involved.

Extra photo's were taken of the item as requested and buyer was happy to purchase based on photo's sent. Upon receiving the item the buyer asked for a refund and used photo's of a different case and disc than what he was sent. Buyer used this sale to replace his own damaged disc which he then returned.

I am not happy with how the package was mailed. I had to follow up the package at the post office to receive it because it could not be delivered due to the way it was shipped. Also, I am unhappy there was no tracking on this rare, out of print, Blu-Ray. I do not believe the sender addressed the specific issues I raised in my messages to them when they responded. Otherwise, I am happy with the item.

The bluray was packaged and sent as per normal. The buyer's address was a P.O box located at the post office. The item was delivered to the front desk instead of the P.O Box itself. An error on Australia Post's part.
