Had an issue with Australia Post delivering the letter containing the cards to the wrong location, got in touch with the seller to check some stuff and he not only offered to refund but had taken a photo of the original letter showing that the handwriting was extremely legible so the only possible result was AusPost messing up. Got the cards eventually, no refund was taken, massive thanks to the seller for having taken that picture and giving me peace of mind, extremely good service, A+++
