I thought it would be in the original box, but the phone was just in a plastic bag and a cardboard box, without any accessories, and with a damaged case. but the biggest problem is broken glass in two places. above the camera and on the left side. it's not bad, but I'm a little upset.

Received the old model DSB-0230 instead of the new model DSB-7645 cradle as shown in the listing which I purchased for a Doro 8050.
Seller said they knew nothing about the different versions, to return mine for a refund and they would correct the listing.
Got my refund but the seller never fixed the listing. They sell the older model cradle for £4 less, so I doubt their ignorance of the different models. This feedback is left to hopefully prevent anyone else being duped or their time wasted.
