Bought a NEO GEO AES console with two controllers, which showed no scratches at all in the pictures. Also, the serial number was shown. When I opened the parcel on its arrival, to my astonishment all three of the main items showed scratches! And the serial number was a different one! I considered keeping the set - provided the seller was willing to provide a fair compensation. After contacting the seller, he was willing to restitute only 7% of the paid sum - which I accepted.
