The items were packaged very carefully and arrived in a timely fashion. One of the plates had scratch marks on it that made it looked used rather than "unused" as listed. After contacting the seller, he immediately offered to replace the plate and when I told him that wasn't necessary he refunded the cost of the plate without hesitation. This Seller is obviously very conscientious about his transactions and communications and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this Seller.

Box arrived in a timely manner. The box itself was very beat up but that's expected because the item was large and metal. No complaints about the item whatsoever, it was in the exact condition as pictured. Shipping was very expensive but again, this is expected because it's a large metal item.
