The item was not as described. The factory seal was broken. The box was malformed. The seller was rude after I sent pictures, the day of delivery.

We sent a sealed box as shown in the buyers pictures. We offered for the buyer to return the item to us. We also made the recommendation that if the buyer does not intend to open the packs to reach out to the seller beforehand informing them of the hope to receive a box in pristine condition. Buyer is currently refusing to return the item, so we are not sure what else to offer? This box was shipped fresh from the case.
