    Compelling?

    The "compelling" question above is nonsensical when reviewing a cookbook IMO. The recipes in this book are good ones, solid performers with proven techniques that all cooks can use and enjoy. No eye of newt or other exotica, just practical and tasty dishes that can be enjoyed often. I have most of Ina's books and this one is a keeper.

    The book that was sent is not in “very good” condition, it has a horrible smell and caused my eyes to sting and coughing for a long time !

Don’t know if it is permeated with mold? Should not have been sold! I would not even feel comfortable donating it !
