I have horrible experience with this seller. I politely contact them and ask for refund according to the eBay guideline. The watch is in original package and did not get used yet. The seller is refusing to refund me the full amount. They are scammers and dishonest sellers. Please do NOT buy this. The items description is misleading and deceiving. The watch will only be functioning but not in its full capacity nor safety as the Apple company has stopped supporting this model. DON’T be fooled!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. The buyer purchased two brand new Apple Watches and used them for 19 days. They then contacted us and advised us that they no longer wanted them because Apple no longer supported updates, which has been the case for nearly two years. We advised the buyer that since the item was sold brand new factory sealed and returned in used condition that they would qualify for a partial refund pursuant to eBay guidelines. They then left retaliatory negative feedback.
