It FINALLY ARRIVED, clearly through no fault of yours, but I always insist on seeing the clerk scan anything I send, since over the past couple years, I've seen the system get slower, and at best unreliable. At least it arrived, but wow! more than 2 weeks and NO tracking of any sort. Not even showing that it was delivered! Anyways it's just going to be up to us to hope for the best, I suppose when we send anything of value through the mail. This is going to be part of the Century of Progress set
