poorly packaged, holes in shipping container "card board wrap" some parts were missing fell out holes I guess. Shipping Price way to high for how it was shipped!

I will conceded that it was awkward to pack, which is why i purchased insurance and paid MORE than he paid for the shipping. A heavy object from Michigan to Washington is expensive to ship - which you knew when you bought it. I find it hard to believe that anything "fell out hole" and if that was the case, which didn't he contact me? I even sent him a follow up note, with no reply. Well, you can't please everyone - sorry your experience was poor. Next time, commuincation is key.
