    Item purchased 3/7/25 to be received by 3/15. USPS tracking said a label was created, but they had not received the package. On 3/15 I wrote "Please contact me if you are able to ... The padlocks should be delivered today (March 15th), but it still appears that the post office hasn't received them." On 3/16 the seller said he'd taken the item to USPS, but agreed there had been no movement, and that he would refund my money. After filing a dispute on 3/17, I was reimbursed on 4/10 by PayPal.
