I have the right to refuse service to anyone who I believe should be refused due to the buyer not following Ebay Policies. You were asking for me to change the shipping after you won the bid. I blocked your account, but you have multiple accounts using the same name. You ask the same thing every time you win a bid. Then you change your account.
