Item arrived ahead of schedule and very well packaged. It was exactly as described in the listing and looked like brand new. I had some issues with the machine, but Second Life folks were very helpful in resolving the issue. They stayed in contact and replied to my communications in a timely manner. Unfortunately we were not able to resolve the issue completely, but they offered me great options and we were able to come to an agreement. Great seller, I highly recommend Second Life Technology.
