Very competitive pricing. I liked their counter-offer credentials. Their delivery was speedy too; so 10/10 so far…. BUT!, My only gripe was their packaging; they had wrapped the item with layer upon layer of sticky tape and cardboard and FRAGILE tape. Then, putting that assembly into a cardboard construction to represent a box (the fragile labelling was now hidden…before finally wrapping the entire caboodle in layer upon layer of clear sticky tape. What was the point? 4/10 for OTT packaging
