I contacted seller about it and the said some of their new parts do not have packaging and was sorry for the defect on the tab. I responded again explaining that a broken tab is different than a "defect" with no reply. The part is working now but definitely appears to be a used part, which is upsetting if it is listed as new. If I could do it again I would have ordered from someone else.
