The delivery service (Evri) has said it has delivered my parcel. They have taken a photo of proof of delivery however it was not my house/address. I do not know where they have delivered it but I would like a refund as I do not have my purchase. Photo attached is of the place it was delivered and I do not recognise it to even call myself to ask for it.

OK, I had to wait a further few days but such good service is hard to find and should be cherished. The lamp is now installed and looks great.
