An automatic card shuffler I purchased was packaged poorly, no fragile stickers or bubble wrap and arrived damaged. The customer service from start to finish was disgraceful, blaming the buyer for his mistakes. The seller needs to look at the reviews on the sites and address the issues of poor packaging rather than making people upset and Angry. Items need to be secure before leaving the warehouse. Ebay needs to step in and make sure the seller is doing the right thing by the buyers.
