Item was properly packaged and listing clearly stated no returns. All my items are packaged with extreme care where as I have never had any issues with all my past sales, as stated in many customer feedbacks. OFFERED FULL ITEM REFUND minus shipping even though my listing clearly states "No Returns". Seller DECLINED.
