This item was listed as BRAND NEW but clearly not. I think it was more likely an item that was returned to the store; open box. The box had been previously opened with cardboard inside, clearly not belonging to the item. It was missing a rubber foot on the bottom of the unit that caused it to sit lopsided. I did contact the seller that sent me the missing piece. Shipping took an excessive amount of time.

Installs and works fine once you've overcome the small quality issues.
The product arrived promptly and was as described. The instructions were simple but figuring out where in our older Monaco Dynasty I could best install it and connect it took longer. I was disappointed in the quality control of the items as shipped. Two of the connectors on the leads were incorrect. I had to replace the two connectors as in one case I had two female connectors that needed to connect and in the other case a male connector was a different style than the female I needed it to connect into but it could not fit. It was completely the wrong connector. Once I'd installed the unit inside the engine 'doghouse' near the battery solenoids and connected it up it came online and has worked well. I'd let the chassis battery run down a little to 12.4V while house batteries were at ... The product arrived promptly and was as described. The packaging was perfect so someone packed damaged parts. Doh.
