The jack is perfect, the delivery by Aramex was pathetic, they have let you down badly. The jack is for our vehicle and it was ordered in plenty of time before our holiday, one week before leaving it was onboard for delivery, it never turned up and was un-locatable by Aramex and we were force to put in a massively under rated jack and hope like hell we didn't need it, we didn't. I would urge you to use Aust post in preference as they are more reliable, sorry for the postage time score
