I have been using EBay over 10 years , lots of purchases and never had any issues with , that’s how I decided to order my wedding dress from eBay too like any other purchase
Biggest mistake , I have been told I am abusive for asking for refund after my tailor had a lot of adjustments to be done due to u professional work done by PHRATA SHOP , bust area left was different from right , one sleeve larger than other , lace glued instead of stitching I have ended up paying 110 pounds for adjustments

We would like to be accurate, and that's what happened: you had the chance to return the dress, but you decided to keep it and do alterations. we told you (and it's all monitored in the eBay chat conversations) that we will approve £40 on our expense. so you went to a tailor that his goal is to charge the maximum he can get saying non objective opinions and you decided to pay and charge us for it. we will not accept it, because we were very clear with the limit. fyi. that dress worth £600 - £800

Beautiful dress, it took a while for it to arrive and a lot of correspondence with the seller. It s really nice, apart from a small fault in the belt, which is visible however. Postage charge was double the price of the actual cost, as seen on the package.

Dear Buyer,
The package reached our office for today for quality control, we will sent it to you on Monday with 24tracked royal mail so you will get it on the same Monday or Tuesday the latest.
The delivery its not 11 days late, it was dispatched as scheduled on the 24th of March (Sunday) 5 working days for delivery it's the 30th of March, so you will get it in 1 working day late. there was no need in this negative feedback.

I purchased “dream wedding dress with crystals finish” it was described as boned with bra insert. What I received was very poor quality, bad material and spray on glitter.
The company changed their name during exchanging messages from phrata to Montbari.
At first they accepted the dress wasn’t to standard and offered to pay the alterations, then offered a refund. I kept in contact with them and on the advice of the alterations provider opted to return the dress. The company then refused.
