The basket is, or was, beautiful. The seller had it carefully wrapped and the box was clearly marked Fragile on all sides and the ends. It was in great condition when it was mailed and the shipping cost was very reasonable. Somewhere between there and its new home, some unknown person decided to stomp on it, or drop it, or run over it. Some days you’re the windshield, some days you’re the bug. Such is life. I like the seller and will make them a favorite.

Photos showed that new without tags. Looked new. When package arrived it was squeezed shut with tape. Opened package and it was being held together by more tape. As I was opening package, they used tape all around lunch box to squeeze together, so it would ship without a box. It had sticky residue all over lunch box. This seller doesn't take returns. I contacted seller as soon as I realized that I wasn't able to get stickiness from old tape. Seller and I agreed for a partial refund.
