Item as described. Great value. Good communications and quick shipping. The Packaging could be better. shipped in just a brown envelope. Seller didn't even put "Do Not Bend!" on envelope. USPS isn't what it used to be. See Pics.

Shipping might seem a bit high, but if bids get over 20$ it's understandable that the economy eBay tracked envelope can't be used, and his quality low starting bid items usually attract many interested parties.
