Received a different item from that described in the seller’s listing. When I contacted seller about the error, the seller made no gesture to resolve, saying that there was no record of the listed item in their inventory so they sent me a different item (with no prior notification, no explanation for the switch, and no prior consent). PLUS, there was not even a note within the package giving an explanation for the switch. I will not make any additional purchases from this seller.
