I was satisfied with the refurbished condition of the heater. The only negative was that the aluminum case has water mineral residue all over it. Not sure why or where that residue came from. Other than that the visible parts looked new.

This water heater was simple to install and works amazingly for our family of 6. On installation Ifound an issue witht the unit which caused the unit to not heat water, Customer service was awesome and had the unit diagnosed over chat and a new part was shipped immediately, they resolved my issue with my unit and the new part arrived in less than a work week, Now that's outstanding service. I will recommend to all my friends and anybody I hear even mentioning RV water heaters!

This seller bent over backward to correct a problem. Unit had a problem which seller promptly replied with fixes to try. When the flaw was found, seller sent complete mother board fast. The unit had to come back out for the fix, so seller sent a partial re-fund for the trouble. Now, if you've ever had a seller stand behind their product and have better customer care than this, i want to know.
