Purchased a ring from this seller. I received the ring and within 24 hours a stone fell out. I contacted the seller and they responded they were sorry for any inconvenience and would accept the return. All I had to do was send it back to the address they provided. I sent it back over two weeks ago, and they are claiming they haven’t received it yet, so I have not seen any sort of refund.
