The items were packaged very carefully and arrived in a timely fashion. One of the plates had scratch marks on it that made it looked used rather than "unused" as listed. After contacting the seller, he immediately offered to replace the plate and when I told him that wasn't necessary he refunded the cost of the plate without hesitation. This Seller is obviously very conscientious about his transactions and communications and is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this Seller.
