The Item, Dragon Naturally Speaking 12 software, was as described and well packaged. The product is the best of its kind that I have ever used and new. The price that I paid was very fair. That said, the scheduled delivery date was for September 11. I received the package on September 20. It came from Texas. I am in California. I was not informed of any expected change in the delivery date. I found that to be very disappointing. Only use this seller if time is not of the essence.
