    Active probe addon for Tek scope.

    The probe worked as advertised, no issues. My scope (DPO-2024) did not have enough internal supply current for the TAP1500, so I had to add a Tektronix external power supply. Then the probe came to life with no problems. I can now probe oscillator and other HF circuits with minimal loading.
