Great price and product, exactly as described. Will look to purchase again in future. There was a few days in delay of delivery but not the sellers fault. The USPS had an issue with their scanning machine that showed item delivered when it wasn't'. Received the items 3 days later about the time I originally expected them. Great seller communications during the USPS issue.

Item was missing hardware and arrived with some scratches. I reached out to the seller and he was willing for me to return the item. We ended up settling on a reduced price instead. He was very responsive and apologized several times for the scratched faucet. The item does appear new. I am just not sure it it was scratched due to how it was shipped or if it may have been returned due to that as it was open box?
