The phone the price and the prompt despatch and delivery were all great but the communication was poor. There were no notifications of despatch or delivery to the collect store. I only found it had been delivered to the collect store by looking at the tracking of the order in my purchase history. I collected the order with difficulty the day before the Easter break as I had no notification that it was ready to be collected. The notice that it was ready came just after I collected it.
