Seller responded and dispatched quickly. Item was delivered way ahead of eta. The item arrived in good condition considering the broken jewel case, but the description of the album it being 'very good' only applied to the booklet. 'Good' would be an accurate description of the media, plus the broken jewel case likely led to more scratches on the cd in transit. However it was priced well for the condition had the description been 'good'. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.
