    The greatest motivational book ever

    Whilst haven't read quite a lot of books in my time from the self-help genre, I can wholeheartedly recommend this book. Unlike most, David Goggins proved again and again everything in his book. He was the man who went from zero to a total hero. A truly inspirational great read. It's not easy to do of course but change your mindset, change your life.

    I am really enjoying this book, reading about David Goggins' past is an incredible opportunity. The activities included require thought and thus i havent finished this books activities as i am constantly travelling and it involves writting down some personal stuff!
