From the moment I opened the package I was impressed by how well the product was packaged and labeled. Instead of receiving a bunch of components that would have to be matched to be identified, each was easy to find and replace on the circuit board. It turned my nightmare into a dream with a really sweet outcome - my TV works!! I am so grateful to this supplier for having determined the solution to the problem, then making the fix so affordable and easy to use. lg power supply repair kit
The kit seemed to do the job but after a power outage (a few days after installation) the set has intermittently reverted to the clicking mode that it did in the first place however if I leave it plugged it for awhile then it will start up properly. I believe that there might be a weak electrolytic that needs to be changed yet. There were no caps included in the kit and only two of the parts were needed (IC and one diode). Worked right out of the box . After doing some troubleshooting it became clear that a new power board was necessary. Took the faulty board out, put the new one in and the tv is working like new.
