I did have to send original message about receiving item. I’m uncertain if it was due to seller or mail issues. Once item was delivered even tho the lamp was nicely wrapped in bubble wrap the item had still broke. I reached out to seller who quickly responded and was kind enough to refund. Overall a good experience minus the shipping part but that can happen anywhere.
