The item is listed as an oil however it is in solid form when it arrives. After contacting the seller she advised warming the bottle up in water or a radiator. I did this and it did melt the oil however as soon as it cools it hardens again. Every time you want to use this you have to melt it ! This is not made clear on the sellers site

First off delivery was quick seller was helpful that’s the pro! I finally tried it out last week it’s been 6 days no peel a little bit of flaking on the chin but that’s it I thought 80% was strong but it’s not will go back to using tca peel
