The clock size was grossly misrepresented. It was described, with inaccurate measurements, as a large mantle clock. Instead it turned out to be a small alarm clock, but the seller, even though THEY made the error, still wanted me to pack it back up and stand in line at my big city post office to return in order to get my money back. Because I was unable to do that we instead negotiated a partial refund, but still I had to pay for an item I did not want or need.
