Unfortunately the item was not new/unopened as described. Someone had opened the box and removed the batteries, which are a significant portion of the overall cost. Everything else was there and in new unused condition, The seller likely did not know the batteries were missing. Contacted the seller and in less than a day they refunded me the cost of what the batteries would have been. I was more than happy with their prompt resolution and the overall outcome as the seller made it right.
