The purse was exactly as pictured and described. My only issue was that I originally put the wrong delivery address but immediately caught it and messaged the seller with the current one, they replied instantly and said it was no problem but unfortunately still sent it to the wrong one. Though they did apologize and let me know, which I appreciated, but had it not been somewhere close by or a friend, that could have been a real problem.
