Bought this like many parents for kids schooling during lockdown. Went for this model as its half sixe if most home printers as son's desk has limited space. I was expecting a confusing setup reading other reviewd but it only took a couple of minutes. Prints easily from phone and PC. Didnt opt in for their toner plan as it will not see heavy use. Print quality is good and speed is acceptable if you're not printing alot at once. Overall well worth the money, more thsn does the job.

The printer is incredibly slow so it really does take ages to get through say 10 pages, even slower if colour is involved. Setting it up looked like it was going to be simple but the install stalled several times until in tj end I had to skip the third stage which I think was probably the instructions for use. The print quality is okay for the price, black text is sharp and clear. I haven't printed photographs yet but from small colour images the tone from the starter cartridges it comes with are muted and a bit woolly. Overall for the price it's a good buy but it has limitations, even so I'd say as an everyday tool its fine enough. I've yet to fathom out the hieroglyphs on the printer top!

its the size wanted not too bid and bulky. So far it's ok a little frustratting as it does take a whlle before it decides to print and you have to press button to continue. Other than that I like the way it looks and it generally works to my satisfaction. I would recommend although it was cheeper from Argos they were out of stock.

I used to get my daughter to print out the odd thing for me, but lockdown meant she was working from home so no printer. I didn't want to spend a fortune on something I don't use very often and also needed something small enough to sit on top of a chest of drawers (I don't have a lot of space). This is ideal ( I actually have white be droom furniture and it blends in perfectly, too). It doesn't take up a great deal of room, looks good and prints well. I usually only print about 10 pages a month, if that. I went for the cheapest Instant Ink option as I worked out it was cheaper for me than going to a shop and buying the cartridges. I tend to use the printer mainly for knitting and crochet patterns so use a lot of colour. I've also printed a few photos - each counts as one page so is well within my "free" weekly limit. The printer works from my smartphone and from my tablet. I don't have a computer and didn't need one to set it up. Sometimes it's a little slow in startling up but that is the only criticism I have. The cartridges that come with it don't last long, they are mainly for set up purposes but if you go for the Instant Ink option you receive cartridges in double quick time - with a pre-paid envelope included to send the used cartridges back for recycling. All in all, I'm very happy that I made this purchase.Read full review

I purchased this for printing the odd document or shipping label every so often and it’s an absolute bargain for an all-in-one printer, copier and scanner. Setting it up was easy and although it didn’t come with a USB cable, I personally don’t need one thanks to the wireless connectivity. I really like the colour of it and it’s incredibly compact, which is perfect for my small home office corner. As with most cheap inkjet printers, the cartridges are pricey, so make sure you look into HP Instant Ink - you might be eligible for the free plan. Definitely recommend this to students or anyone with limited space or on a budget - it’s a great, affordable option for occasional use. If you print a high volume of documents, consider investing in a laser printer instead as they’re cheaper to run per page.Read full review
