Yes I contacted the saller and ask when I would receive my booking thought I had bought a hard copy of this book and it turned out to be a pdf. As I told the seller I have no way to download this pdf book. So no refund at all. I will not recommend this seller because of no refund . So he get to keep my money and he get to keep his pdf book . Not happy . And I look for to make sure it was not a pdf before ordering or I would not have ordered it . Thank for no help on getting my refund . Sad.

Had to send an email to seller about status of my order after it never arrived. Shipping info stated that it had been shipped via USPS. The seller told me that I hadn't read the description of the item. That description never said anything about the item being downloaded directly to me. Also I never received a download link for it until this contact with the seller. Never was able to get it to work. Money was refunded to me.
