I ordered and then immediately, (within a few minutes) cancelled the order. I received a refund within the hour. Nevertheless a few days later the jacket arrived at my home address! I contacted the seller, who offered me a 10% discount. I refused and offered to return the jacket. The seller sent a paid return label. I repackaged item and returned it to the post office. So although I shouldn't have received the jacket at all, this seller had quick clear communication. Good seller Trustworth 10/10
