Item description says brand new, however it’s used with dirt on the inside and animal hair on the inside also has smudges on the outside of the purse. I was told that I would have it delivered before birthday that I needed for, however it came late. The purse arrived out of shape so that’s also a sign of being used. Communication was fine up until after I purchased it. after that my message was ignored. The only honest part was when the seller said he will give me a discount before purchasing
