Bowl would have been lovely, was well wrapped and marked Fragile but broken beyond belief on delivery. Informed seller straight away but didn’t expect such a great response. They were so helpful and immediately started process to refund my money which I should receive in a few days. Huge respect to the sellers although none of it their fault. Sadly shame on Royal Mail for obviously negligent treatment of a fragile package. I’ve given good review of item as it was in perfect condition before!
