This seller sold me a set of DVDs as “Very Good”in a zippered case. When I received the item the $25 case to hold the DVDs is not working as the zipper is torn out of the tracks! It was not mentioned in the description. I contacted seller and got nothing but bitter retorts and no offer of a solution to replace the case with a working one. I paid a lot of money for the collection and want to keep it safe for years if use. They snapped back to just return the collection and no other solution.

So when you were bidding on this, you were bidding because you wanted the case??Not sure what you expected. It was advertised for 4 COMPLETE SETS of DVDS, which you got for a bargain. If you had a question about the case you should have asked...Condition of the DVDs is indieed VERY good as described....Please just send back the binder if a broken zipper is going to upset you this much.
